💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Functional Support (SQL & UNIX) for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams
- Regularly update support documentation and create user guides
- Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)
- Proven experience with SQL
- Expertise in UNIX
- Familiarity with Ksh/Bash, Dynatrace, and Autosys
- Experience with Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge in French
