 💻 THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform Service Desk for a 100% on-site project in the banking sector.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Good communication skills 
• Computer skills for user support:
  • Operating system installation;
  • Capturing/managing operating system images;
  • Installation and maintenance of applications;
  • Active Directory – user creation and management;
  • Knowledge of computer equipment repair - is a plus;
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
• Communication in English and French will be required. The candidate must be able to communicate in this languages – orally and in writing;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Proactivity and critical thinking – the candidate is expected to be able to develop installation procedures/manuals.
