 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Test Leader for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribute to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, design of the tests, ensure their execution, follow-up of the test analysts and report to project stakeholders;
• Contribute to the design and the organization of the Business Analyst tests within a project:
  • Respect the project design and its deliverables;
  • Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place;
  • Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);
  • Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope.
• Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project:
  • Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go;
  • Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence;
  • Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
  • Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;
  • Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project.
• Ensure the reporting of the Tests within a project:
  • Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports;
  • Manage project committees (test progress & defects)
  • Report the required information for the Go/No Go.
• Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project:
  • Identify anomalies within his/her scope;
  • Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
  • Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;
  • Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
  • Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.
• Norms and Standards:
  • Adopt the ETO Service Culture values;
  • Respect the BNP Paribas Cardif France 4S principles;
  • Apply the test procedures defined for the department;
  • Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.
• The tester is able to schedule and organise his own working time as well as other resources, set priorities within his/her scope and report any issue regarding the processes and procedures.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Informatics or related areas;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities;
• Understand the project’s methodology;
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
• Able to build a test strategy and test schedule;
• Able to manage one or more software testers;
• Able to work in an Agile environment;
• Knowledge on Octane, Jira and Confluence;
• Knowledge in API;
• Knowledge in SQL language;
• Risk identification and follow-up;
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
• Fluency in French (written & spoken).
