 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a ETL Developer for a international project in the insurance sector.
 

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Develop and implement advanced T-SQL procedures and functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Write optimised SQL queries to integrate with other applications and manage end-to-end ETL processes.
• Design robust database structures, tables, and objects.
• Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and quality.
• Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards  using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling.
• Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users.
• Work with Excel, Power BI, and PivotTables to extract, transform, and analyse data.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment OR 5 years in any industry sector.
• Strong expertise in T-SQL (advanced level) and performance optimisation.
• Solid experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for optimal performance.
• Basic knowledge of Python and C#.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• A team player, focused on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
