💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Provide Application Production support for WM IT Data platform applications and tools
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business teams
- Capability to analyze system/middleware/application logs and identify potential issues
- Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
- Actively contributes to Continuous service improvement activities to make sure repetitive tasks and issues are addressed either via Problem management framework or automation
- Experience in Unix and Shell Scripting
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse, and Data Platforms
- Hands-on experience with Database, Oracle, PL-SQL & SQL
- Ability to work with Autosys and Middleware like MQ, Tomcat
- Knowledge of Cloud computing concepts and environments
- Experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
