 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Service Delivery Manager for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Supporting various clients’ critical systems through your knowledge of software application support and deployment;
  • Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client;
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration;
  • Be a main point of contact for solutions and services;
  • Manage the application transformation and its delivery;
  • Identify potential issues and take action to head them off before they eventuate, whether they be technical, requirements or people based;
  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information;
  • Tracking implementation progress and reporting to management;
  • Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication and realization;
  • Responsible for Dashboard production specific to the activities of the Infrastructure Deployment & Support Department (Service Now).
                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles;
  • Solid experience of IT Infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of  Production Operation Steering;
  • Experience with IT Risk and Cyber Security;
  • Experience with Risk identification and follow-up;
  • Know how to delegate;
  • Great organizational, project, and time management skills;
  • Coordination and motivation skills;
  • Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
  • Summarization capabilities;
  • Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically;
  • Able to work in a big team (great team spirit);
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
