 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a  Sys Admin for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Organization and steering of IT Infrastructure & IT Services projects between IT teams from worldwide subsidiaries and central IT teams;
• Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions;
• Present versions roadmaps, anticipate future obsolescence;
• Managing Windows Infrastructure (Evolution, Obsolescence, etc...), Windows Patching Management process, Windows Emergency Patching and vulnerabilities;
• Management of incidents and requests in level 2 support for the IT teams of 22 European subsidiaries in overflow or escalation of teams in Portugal (theoretical distribution: 80% project and 20% production);
• Adopt the ETO Service Culture values;
• Respect the company's principles;
• Apply the test procedures defined for the department;
• Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience of IT Infrastructure;
• Knowledge of Production Operation Steering;
• Experience with IT Risk and Cyber Security;
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO (Group Policy Objects);
• Mastery of Proxy and Firewall environments associated with the workstation;
• Network knowledge (DNS, DHCP, PXE) on Infoblox, is a plus;
• Coordination and motivation skills;
• Know how to delegate;
• Systematic, critical, and logical thinking;
• Summarization capabilities;
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
