 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies;
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients;
• Meet regulators timelines targets;
• Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients;
• Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas in London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and globally through daily interactions.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in the Banking industry, ideally with experience in Equities and Documentation;
• Financial Instrument Knowledge;
• Market Knowledge;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
