💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Data Engineer for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Design, develop and implement global data tools and UIs to support business needs
- Develop, test and deploy ETL jobs to feed our Data Lake and downstream applications (PowerBI Dashboards, Web UIs, etc)
- Create and maintain data models that support reporting and analytics
- Build interactive dashboards in Power BI that turn processed data into actionable insights for our internal clients
- Implement RESTful APIs with Flask that expose processed datasets
- Build responsive front-end components with Vue.js, integrating them with Flask APIs to deliver a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into data requests and/or UI specification
- Continuously improve performance, reliability and maintainability of both data pipelines and web applications through code reviews, refactoring, and adoption of best practices
- Automate processes end-to-end for increased efficiency
- More than 3 years of experience with Python and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data processing and data visualization concepts
- Experience in building and designing Web Applications
- Understanding of database management principles
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into data requests
