💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Senior Java Developer for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the referential data application
- Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
- Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews
- Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components
- Work directly with business users to understand the requirements and perform L3 support when needed
- At least 5 years software development experience
- Proven experience with Java 1.8+, Spring Framework, RDBMs, Messaging, and SQL
- Previous experience with CI/CD, Maven, git, Shell scripting, Javascript
- Experience with understanding the requirements and software application testing
- Experience frontend or fullstack development and/or experience with asyncronous messaging and/or ability to navigate and understand evolved codebases
- Experience in agile development methodologies and team collaboration
- Ideally, exposure to Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of Cash Equities
- Fluency in English
