💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Senior Business Analyst for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Collection, analysis, and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Writing requirements and user stories
- Responsible for the migration of the legacy’s use cases to the coordination, planification, business analysis, documentation, change conduct
- Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform
- Close collaboration with the IT teams (developers, service center, test center) to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations
- Contribution to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of anomalies, etc.)
- Drafting of operating procedures, user guides
- Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting)
- Active contribution to project management tasks (follow-up planning, budget monitoring, progress summary, risk/alert management)
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experience of minimum 7 years as Business Analyst
- A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory
- Agile experience
- A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to travel within the Portugal
- Ability to travel outside the Portugal
