We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Application Production Support Engineer for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide technical and functional support to users;
• Manage production incidents (service restoration, communication, coordination, Post-Incident Reviews – PIR);
• Monitor the proper execution of processing activities (batch jobs, data flows, transfers);
• Contribute to production dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support application releases and act as a production expert for IT Operations teams.

  • Linux (RHEL), Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift;
  • CI/CD & Automation: Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform;
  • Operating Systems: Linux / Unix / Windows;
  • Scripting: Python, Shell, YAML;
  • Observability & Monitoring: Splunk, ELK, SysDig, Dynatrace;
  • Scheduling: Control-M;
  • Cloud: IBM Cloud;
  • Middleware: Kafka, CFT, Spring Boot;
  • Security: Illumio, strong authentication.
• Methodologies
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);
  • Resilience & Business Continuity: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability).
• Transversal Skills
  • Problem analysis and resolution;
  • Definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
