 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Data Operations & Support Analyst for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management);
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities;
• Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers;
• Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
• Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting;
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts;
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment;
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed;
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customer.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience wiht Data, Data processing, Data quality and IT Development;
• Knowledge of Database Management (SQL) and Agile Methodologies;
• Experience with Office Pack (MS Excel);
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
