💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as Product Owner for a international project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Partner with stakeholders and Product Managers to refine product visions and goals.
• Communicate customer needs clearly to development teams, inspiring them through well-defined backlog items and objectives.
• Translate requirements from Product Management into actionable development plans and backlog priorities.
• Continuously maintain and optimize the product backlog based on business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and efficient implementation.
• Resolve bottlenecks, address conflicts, and facilitate technical execution to meet product goals.
• Participate in Agile Processes: engage in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and team meetings to ensure clear alignment on goals and progress.
• Establish and maintain product risk management strategies, considering usability, security, safety, regulatory, and legal factors.
• Evaluate product performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage your expertise in UX/UI design to propose enhancements, validate interfaces, and adjust screens/flows using tools like Figma.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within an agile setting.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and managing AI-based products or solutions.
• Strong background in UX/UI design, with the ability to propose effective improvements and validate interfaces.
• Familiarity with technologies and platforms relevant to software products.
• Experience with Figma for interface adjustments and design validation.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex concepts clearly across teams.
• Business fluency in English (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
