 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support (on site) for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide Application Production support for IT Data platform applications and tools;
• Prioritize and deliver outstanding service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business teams;
• Capability to analyze system / middleware / application logs and identify potential issues;
• Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability;
• Actively contributes to Continuous service improvement activities to make sure repetitive tasks and issues are addressed either via Problem management framework or automation.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience with Unix and Shell Scripting;
• Solid experience with Data Warehouse, Data Platforms, Database, Oracle, PL-SQL & SQL;
• Knowledge of Autosys and Middleware like MQ, Tomcat;
• Knowledge of Cloud computing, Dynatrace, K8, Docker and Ansible;
• Knowledge of reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau; 
• Knowledge of ITIL Practices;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
