 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a ServiceNow Expert/Developer for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents);
• Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc);
• Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades, incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams);
• Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides, admin guide, etc);
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints;
• Organisation of training sessions.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field;
• Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory).
• Mastering of Servicenow Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism;
• Experience with Javascript, REST/SOAP and Jelly;
• Very good expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
