We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Project Manager for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Project Framing, Planning & Execution: lead the framing, planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring the alignment with strategic business goals and delivered on time.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: facilitate effective collaboration between diverse business lines and stakeholders by managing communication channels, conducting regular updates, and collecting feedback to ensure project alignment with the objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance through defined metrics, providing regular progress reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Change Management: Drive and support change management initiatives by preparing the business for transitions and manage change communication.
• Work on transversal topics and initiatives related to the team’s activities.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience with Project Framing, Planning & Execution;
• Knowledge of Risk & Issues' Management;
• Experience with Performance Monitoring & Reporting;
• Knowledge of Projects' Portfolio Management;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
