💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Product Owner (Cloud & Infrastruture) for a project in the telecommunications sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Cloud Product Performance Management.
- Monitor and improve the performance of cloud services.
- Evaluate relevant product KPIs (adoption, profitability, and customer satisfaction).
- Work with various internal teams in the development and optimization of existing products in the portfolio.
- Ensure alignment between teams and consistency in delivery.
- Monitor cloud project objectives and ensure planning, quality, and accountability in service delivery.
- Support the definition of the evolution of IaaS Cloud products based on market trends and customer needs.
- Evaluate trends in the cloud market (Azure, AWS, GCP), as well as local integrators and operators.
- Identify opportunities for new services and improvement of existing ones.
- Develop GTM strategies for IaaS Cloud products and services.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid knowledge of Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with a focus on Public Cloud, Private Cloud & BaaS.
- Understanding of the Cloud product lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze KPIs for performance, profitability, and adoption.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple products/initiatives.
- Previous experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management, Service Management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Collaborative spirit and ease in aligning various teams.
- Good level of English.
