💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Technical Expert (AI) for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Act as the primary driver of AI adoption within IT, promoting consistent and responsible use of Group AI tools and supporting and coordinating the network of AI / GenAI Catalysts within delivery teams;
- Evangelize development, QA, and technical management teams by translating AI capabilities into concrete and practical use cases;
- Implement, evangelize, and support the adoption and growth of Specification‑Driven Development across teams;
- Propose, define, implement, and monitor AI adoption and value KPIs (e.g., weekly usage, productivity gains, defect reduction, test coverage improvements);
- Track value, efficiency, and quality gains, driving continuous improvement of AI tools in coordination with central teams.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, agentic frameworks, etc.) and their application across the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Solid experience working in IT delivery environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
- Ability to define, implement, and monitor performance KPIs, supporting measurement of efficiency and outcomes;
- Experience with Cloud platforms and modern IT delivery environments;
- AI‑ and technology‑driven mindset, with focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation;
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
