 💻 THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a System Monitoring Technician for a project in banking sector. 
 

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor IT systems, networks, servers, and applications using monitoring tools (Nagios).
• Respond to alerts and system incidents in real-time, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to relevant IT teams based on defined protocols and severity levels.
• Perform initial troubleshooting steps to assist in identifying root causes.
• Ensure system availability and backups
• Document incidents, interventions, and outcomes in the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Produce regular reports on system health, incidents, and performance trends.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams to maintain service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization’s systems and monitoring tools.
• Propose improvements to monitoring processes and alert configurations.
   

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Linux, Windows et IBM i5 systems
• Solid working experience in Shell scripting
• Experience with SQL language
• Knowledge in Databases: Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server
• Experience with TCP/IP
• Fluent in english and french (mandatory)
• Portuguese – a strong plus
