 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Chief Information Security Officer for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineering sector.

 

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Define and lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and risk management approach
• Establish security governance, policies, and standards
• Oversee enterprise security risk and executive reporting
• Act as a strategic advisor on business decisions impacting security
• Lead security for divestitures and due diligence processes
• Define security requirements for business unit separations
• Oversee SOC/SIEM, incident response, and IAM (including PAM)
• Approve security architecture and ensure technical alignment
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2)
• Manage ISMS, audits, and certification readiness.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years in IT security leadership.
• 3+ years as CISO, Head of Security or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in M&A security, carve-outs, divestitures and acquisitions.
• Deep expertise in at least two of: ISO 27001 / ISMS, IAM architecture, SOC / SIEM operations, cloud security (Azure preferred).
• Experience leading buyer due diligence processes
• Executive communication skills
• Ability to translate technical risk into business language
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
