 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a ISMS Coordinator for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineering sector.
 

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS (ISO 27001 / NIS2).
• Maintain ISMS documentation (policies, SOPs, controls, risk & exception registers).
• Support risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
• Assist internal/external audits and follow up on remediation actions.
• Support vendor risk management and security assessments.
• Use tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and GRC platforms for tracking and reporting.
• Promote security awareness and best practices.
• Report on risks, compliance status, and ISMS performance.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•  3-5 years in security or compliance roles.
• ISO 27001 Annex A and NIS2 implementing-measure familiarity.
• Comfort drafting and reviewing SOPs, control descriptions, exception registers, RACI matrices.
•  Experience running cross-team coordination across security, governance, vendor management, HR, and legal counterparts.
• Project-coordination instinct in environments where stakeholders do not all report to one chain.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Purview), ServiceNow (especially CMDB and change management) and a recognized GRC tooling stack.
• Fluent English.
