We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Technical Writer for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineering sector.

 

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation (SOPs, policies, runbooks).
• Translate technical inputs (interviews, control statements, configs) into audit-ready content.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, traceable, and aligned with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to gather and validate information.
• Manage documentation repositories (SharePoint, version-controlled environments).
• Apply documentation standards, naming conventions, and consistency across artefacts.
• Support audit activities by delivering high-quality, audit-grade documentation.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated experience writing technical procedures, policies, and operational documentation in an enterprise IT context.
• Comfort working from interviews, control statements, and configuration exports as input material.
• Familiarity with the artefact types involved: SOPs, RACI matrices, policy statements, runbooks, naming conventions, evidence indexes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Word, Visio), Markdown, and version-controlled documentation workflows.
• Audit-grade output: structured, precise, traceable to controls, suitable for external auditor review.
• Fluent English.
