 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a PMO Application Delivery in the Facilities sector.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribute to the definition, consolidation, and monitoring of detailed planning for Core Enablers and Local Systems.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks; escalate blockers to the Global Application Delivery Manager and Project Director.
• Align with local and global teams to ensure coherence of integration activities.
• Support workshop organisation: scheduling, invitations, logistics, agenda, and supporting materials.
• Assist in mapping and planning interfaces between Core Enablers, Local Systems, S/4HANA, and the Global Data Platform (GDP).
• Coordinate with architects, integration teams, and technical leads to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation: interface inventories, dependency matrices, planning trackers, integration registers, and Operational Committee reports.
• Provide regular, structured status updates to the Global Application Delivery Manager and Project Director.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Good understanding of ERP project environments (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage).
• Solid grasp of system integration principles and data flows.
• Experience with planning tools (Excel, SmartSheet).
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, or integration support (Mid-level).
• Experience in large transformation programs (ERP, data, digital, integration).
• Ability to manage several topics in parallel and support multiple stakeholders.
