 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a SAP 4HANA Test Lead in the Facilities sector.

 

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Define and lead the overall test strategy for the S/4HANA program, ensuring full coverage across all test phases (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Data Migration, and Cutover), with clear entry/exit criteria and acceptance thresholds.
• Design and manage the Azure DevOps test framework (test plans, suites, traceability, and reporting), ensuring alignment across program streams and proper onboarding/training of teams.
• Coordinate cross-stream test execution, lead defect triage sessions, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution of critical defects.
• Produce regular test status reports and KPIs (progress, coverage, defect metrics), support go/no-go decisions, and proactively manage testing risks.
• Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities, collaborate with internal teams and partners, support UAT sign-off, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield preferred) in a Test Lead or Test Manager capacity.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional scope covering Finance (O2C, R2R, EPM, P2P), Supply Chain, and integration scenarios.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience setting up and administering preferably Microsoft Azure DevOps, or similar technology, as a test management platform (test plans, suites, configurations, dashboards, reporting).
• Strong command of end-to-end test lifecycle management: test strategy, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, data migration testing, and cutover testing.
• Experience with defect management processes and tools; ability to define and enforce defect triage governance.
• Experience working in multinational ERP programs with multiple countries and localisation requirements.
• Proven ability to design and deliver executive-level test reporting (dashboards, KPI packs, go/no-go reports) for senior governance bodies.
• ISTQB certification (Advanced Test Manager level or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
