 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Senior Java Developer for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end components (REST services, batch jobs, streaming pipelines) that compute, store, and expose margin/risk metrics.
• Write clean, test-driven Java code and help keep the CI/CD pipeline healthy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of UI widgets with the server side.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and the squads' Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• A solid grasp of both back-end development and the business context of supporting the Risk Team is required.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering / finance / mathematics or related.
• Knowledge in Agile.
• Core Java (Java 11 or later), strong OOP, and functional programming concepts.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Sybase, Oracle, and embedded databases (H2, SQLite via JPA/Hibernate or plain JDBC).
• Experience on AI tools on the development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink (or similar stream-processing frameworks)
• Familiarity with Kafka/AMQP.
• Multithreaded design, Java concurrency utilities, and performance tuning.
• Design and implementation of MVC, RESTful services, API versioning, and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD.
• Ability to contribute Angular or React components: solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficient with IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), logging frameworks, profilers, and Git.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
