💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Product Manager on an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications by the IT team. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input
- Manage the product backlog, together with IT teams, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the current priorities. Work closely with IT teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and updates of product roadmaps
- Monitor product usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform future enhancements and updates. Conduct regular product reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration between all parties involved in product development. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, upcoming releases, and any issues or risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in a digital or technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English
