💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Collaboration & Communications Product Owner for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineer sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Defining the strategy, governance, and operations of Microsoft 365 services and enterprise telephony solutions.
- Ensure secure, scalable, efficient services aligned with global business needs.
- Responsibility for a global, multi-region environment.
- Authority to coordinate and oversee managed service providers, telecommunications operators, and offshore teams.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Session Border Controllers (SBC), Quality of Service (QoS) and emergency calling service.
- Strong automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience managing offshore teams, telecommunications providers, and MSPs through SLAs and KPIs.
- Experience in incident management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Platform-oriented mindset with a focus on automation, reusability, and self-service capabilities.
