LOAN SERVICING OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional responsible for managing and servicing complex credit transactions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the accurate processing of syndicated loans and bilateral credit operations. You will play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring the proper execution of credit-related events while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Manage all credit lifecycle events, including drawdowns, full or partial repayments, transfers, fee accounting, accounting breaks follow-up, and deal termination.
- Perform post-processing activities related to transactions, including incoming cash monitoring, payments, and pending transactions follow-up.
- Ensure accurate bookings and updates within the loan management system.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues related to credit servicing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in credit operations.
Your Key Skills
- Credit operations and servicing knowledge.
- Understanding of credit and loan lifecycle management.
- Risk awareness and risk management knowledge.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Your Main Qualifications
- Experience working in credit servicing, loan operations, back-office, or similar financial services environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of credit products and structured credit operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and proactivity.
- Excellent English communication skills (expert level).
