TEST ANALYST (ENGLISH & FRENCH)
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Test Analyst to join a structured and mature testing environment, contributing to the design, execution, and validation of tests across projects within the insurance and financial services sector. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality, identifying and tracking defects, and supporting project delivery through effective testing practices and collaboration with project stakeholders.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Design and prepare test cases according to project requirements and established testing standards.
- Execute functional tests and record results in dedicated testing tools.
- Identify, document, and follow up on anomalies and defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Assess testing risks and provide relevant information to support Go/No Go decisions.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and the Test Lead.
- Contribute to test planning, prioritization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the validation of defect corrections and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Apply established testing procedures, methodologies, and best practices.

Your Main Qualifications
- Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience in testing activities.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB principles and terminology.
- Experience building and managing test schedules.
- Experience with defect management and testing tools.
- Knowledge of life insurance or banking applications (preferred).
- Knowledge of Octane (preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, SAS, and Control-M or similar scheduling tools (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in French (mandatory).
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
