This professional will play a key role in the control and reconciliation of trade documentation, ensuring consistency between bookings, confirmations, and term sheets while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting post-trade activities. The role requires close collaboration with several stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, reported, and resolved efficiently.

DOCUMENTATION DRAFTING & MATCHING ANALYST
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions and risk bookings. This professional will play a key role in the control and reconciliation of trade documentation, ensuring consistency between bookings, confirmations, and term sheets while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting post-trade activities. The role requires close collaboration with several stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, reported, and resolved efficiently.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
- Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment and accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and service-level expectations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in confirmations, managing affirmations and litigation requests when required.
- Collaborate with multiple business and operational stakeholders across different international locations to ensure process efficiency and issue resolution.
Your Key Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and derivatives products.
- Understanding of financial markets and market practices.
- Ability to work accurately in a control-focused environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Your Main Qualifications
- Experience in documentation drafting, reconciliation, or post-trade activities within financial services.
- Knowledge of ISDA documentation and derivative products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with adaptability and teamwork orientation.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
