What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer responsible for driving quality assurance practices and test automation initiatives within an Agile environment. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing solutions, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications. This role requires strong expertise in automation frameworks, test design methodologies, and continuous improvement practices, as well as a proactive mindset to promote quality across the software development lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer responsible for driving quality assurance practices and test automation initiatives within an Agile environment. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing solutions, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications. This role requires strong expertise in automation frameworks, test design methodologies, and continuous improvement practices, as well as a proactive mindset to promote quality across the software development lifecycle.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Design test scenarios and test cases of functional, regression and performance tests.
- Implement and maintain test automation scripts.
- Contribute to the agile rituals of the squad and tribe.
- Contribute to the QA community of the tribe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Passion for quality assurance, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong expertise in Java, JSON and Javascript frameworks: Postman; Cypress; and Karate.
- Strong expertise in Gherkin language and test design techniques.
- Knowledge in BDD and TDD.
- Work experience with Agile SCRUM practices.
- Git and Continuous integration.
- Knowledge in SQL.
- Experience in life insurance or banking sector is a nice to have.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a nice to have.
