IT Risk Analyst  

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an IT Risk Analyst responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring technology-related risks within a highly regulated banking environment. You will play a key role in strengthening risk governance, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of the Group’s IT Risk framework while collaborating with business, technology, and security stakeholders.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
  • Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across business applications, projects, and production environments.
  • Perform IT risk assessments and support the implementation of mitigation and remediation plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and tools.
  • Analyse operational and cybersecurity risks, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce risk indicators, dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and governance committees.
  • Monitor IT risk registers and follow up on corrective actions and remediation plans.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, security, compliance, and risk stakeholders to strengthen the organization's risk posture.
  • Assess operational incidents and support the evaluation of financial, legal, regulatory, and compliance impacts.
  • Support governance activities related to cloud projects, IT controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture across teams through reporting, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Main Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management and practical experience in risk assessment activities
  • Knowledge of Information Systems within the Banking industry
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity, Fraud, Data Governance, and Data Protection principles
  • Experience with IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) processes and tools
  • Ability to identify, assess, monitor, and report IT and operational risks
  • Experience producing risk indicators, dashboards, reports, and management presentations
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC is highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in IT Risk Management, IT Audit, or IT Security environments
  • Risk Management certifications such as ISO 31000, CRISC, or equivalent are considered a plus
  • Fluency in English
