💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Competencies
- +4 years of experience in similar roles;
- Conduct requirements analysis and definition (Tax Process Analysis and Data Analytics for Tax);
- Establish and support governance of tax processes;
- Analyze, design, and implement process optimizations;
- Support the technical team in matters of tax compliance and reporting;
- Design use cases and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the technical team;
- Develop training content and plans;
- Execute training from a tax business perspective;
- Availability to travel to Africa;
- Fluent English level.
