⢠Validation of the deliverables of the Application decommissioning procedure
⢠Application decommissioning procedure describes the steps, deliverables, and rules of good conduct to be followed when decommissioning servers and application components.
⢠Supporting the adoption of Dynatrace APM Tool within the Tribe.
⢠Support N2 for the Dynatrace users.
⢠Ensure the quality and the security of Dynatrace adoption in the Tribe.
⢠Visualization of user journeys and services thanks to Full Stack modules.
⢠Measurement of user experience thanks to the RUM (Real User Monitoring) module.
⢠Monitor application performance and availability with synthetic functionality.
⢠Create alerts based on metrics that are exceeded.
⢠Monitor the health status of applications through Dashboard creation.
⢠Being able to back up the member of the team in charge of AWS and ADM activities would be a plus.
đĄ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
⢠Know Dynatrace and Java Tech Lead to support application managers in their skills improvement on the different modules of the Dynatrace tool and to provide answers to questions and bring solutions.
⢠Architecture-oriented technical expertise to validate the deliverables of the Application decommissioning procedure
⢠Fluent in French (highly valuable)
⢠Fluent in English (highly valuable)
⢠Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment
⢠Knowledge the AWS cloud and ITG's organization and workings would be a plus
⢠Ensure the relationship with our ADM partners and the various players in the ecosystem would be a plus
⢠Project manager to structure and prioritize initiatives, plan tasks, lead and coordinate contributing teams, keep budgets, etc. would be a plus
⢠Good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
⢠Ability to be autonomous
⢠Commitment to the job and the team objectives
⢠Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
⢠Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines;
⢠Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
⢠Good listening and questioning ability;
⢠Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;
